On June 17th, 2022, I had the great honor of attending the scientific awards ceremony of the Bodossaki foundation, where I was awarded the Distinguished Young Scientist award in the area of Applied Sciences and Engineering. During the award ceremony, I had the opportunity to learn about the extremely exciting work of five outstanding colleagues in the fields of mathematics, medicine, and economics. We had the opportunity to present a summary of our work to attendants of the Greek scientific community, state, and industry, and were privileged to receive our awards from the president of the Greek republic, Katerina Sakellaropoulou.
